Transformation, Together.
Throughout my career in large enterprises, consulting, and startups, I have been involved in transformation from strategy through execution.
I've learned that transformation is not driven simply by having the right answer. It depends on who you work with, how you move forward together, and whether change truly takes root.
KC&X is not a company that simply delivers solutions.
We think together. We tackle challenges together. We build together.
Because lasting transformation is never achieved alone.
The Meaning Behind the Name KC&X
KC comes from the founder's initials.
At the same time, KC&X was never meant to represent one individual. It reflects the belief that the greatest value is created by bringing together people with different perspectives, strengths, and ideas.
The X represents the partners we work with, the organizations we support, the possibilities we pursue, and the transformation created when those elements come together.
At KC&X, we believe that transformation is not driven by one person's vision alone. It grows naturally when diverse perspectives, expertise, and people come together with a shared purpose.

Founder & CEO
Graduated from the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo.
Built his career across major energy companies, Accenture, and a GX startup, gaining experience from operations to digital strategy and business transformation.
Now leading KC&X, helping organizations shape and deliver DX & AI transformation.

Ryuhei Takeshita
Technical Partner
Graduated from Kyushu University. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at The University of Tokyo, including research at the Technical University of Denmark.
Experienced in NEDO-funded R&D projects and renewable energy innovation.
Specializes in renewable energy, data-driven asset management, and technology development.
